I meant to include questions along this line in my last poll, but I forgot. I'm in a vacation prep state of mind, and, recalling a brief exchange that I had in a friend's LJ, I was inspired to see how others might answer a poll on this topic.

I meant to include "other" as a final choice in the second question but forgot. So if you have an "other" you can tell me about in the comments.

after going on vacation, the last thing i want is for me to walk in and see a mess i need to clean. so, if i leave a clean house, the vacation is extended that much longer.

If I came in and found the place clean, I'd freak out thinking someone cleaned it while I was away. ;)

I always end up waiting till the last minute to pack, so there's a huge mess when I get home from the trip. Then I just dump the stuff from the suitcase onto the stuff from before. It comes full circle.

Well, I would like to have cleaned before I left for vacation, but that usually doesn't happen.
