I'm not sure what inspired this. I don't really watch Heroes or anything. But in a moment of boredom this topic came to me. Take the poll if it interests you, then if you feel like it, tell me about the "whys" or "why nots" of your choices.

My choice is the ability to move things with my mind. A close second would be teleportation.

Sometimes I've thought mind reading would be handy, because then I'd know what people are thinking. But then I realized that, well, I would know what people are thinking. I'm pretty sure that there's lots of stuff that I'm just better off not knowing.

Ha! Last night I couldn't sleep, and I was contemplating this very issue. I'm torn between Claire's power of regeneration, and Peter Krause's motel room key from The Lost Door, which, while not a superpower, would still be a pretty damn cool thing to have.

Hiro's power, though the most tempting of all, is a definite no--I'd spend my life always trying to change the past.

teleportation cause i could SEE ppl. i cant travel by planes or far by cars, so yes yes yes. AND if anything made me sick (mcs-wise) i could teleport right back to my safe place and get better right away :)

Teleportation. I could see everyone I want to, not be as late to everything like usual, and not pay a ton of money in gas. Also, I'm a courier. I'm just thinking of the amount of money I could make by teleporting all the packages and not telling the clients how it's getting there. ;) I guess you would be able to know where you were going to appear before you get there so that you don't aparate (I'm currently reading Harry Potter 6) into a wall or a person. ;) Plus, I wouldn't want to be seen as then everyone would want me to do stupid stuff.

I wonder how big of a thing I'd be able to teleport with. I helped Adina move and they bed wouldn't fit through the stairs. I might have been able to just pop that up there. Wow, that would help hugely with moving! ;)

I had to vote for flying. I dream of flying. Usually it's more "floating" than flying, but the last one was more like hangliding. I really wish I could fly. *sigh*

I picked teleportation, because I really wish that I could visit my parents more often and visit my daughter out at school more easily and that she could visit us more easily.
