The audio file won't be up 'til @7:30 eastern, but I thought I'd post a link to The Record on Judicial Nominations. Nina Totenberg did what I thought was a really interesting story for All Things Considered about the history of pressure on the judiciary and efforts to influence and/or take away authority. (I tend to like the pieces that Totenberg does. I usually enjoy the summaries of Supreme Court cases too.)
