So. First entry. What should I say?
When it rains it pours--financially speaking, that is. (In real weather terms it's snowing right now.) I carefully plan out my finances. I have a trip to LA coming up in February that I really probably shouldn't do, but I've figured out how to make it work budget wise. This plan is predicated on nothing unexpected happening. So of course what happens? My dog gets a tooth infection and needs to get that treated and the rest of her teeth cleaned. Poor little thing, the right side of her face was swollen like she was storing nuts for winter.
Oh well, what's another $100.00+? It's only money, right? *sigh*

Welcome to LJ, Suzanne!
Yay for the LA trip! I hope your poor doggie heals quickly and inexpensively!

Antibiotics are a wonderful thing. After a day and a half, the swelling has already gone down noticeably. It looks like she's feeling nice and perky again--just in time to give me guilt-inducing looks at not getting any food tonight or tomorrow morning. (She has to be put under for the tooth procedure, so no food prior. She really likes her food.)
Hi hi!

(It's DarkLady. Yes, I'm annoying and used a wholly different name.)
