garden update

Daffodils: done, but were lovely

Hyacinth: done, also looked good in bloom

Squill: done, I think

Crocuses: pretty and done

Tulip: pretty but disappointing so far (note the singular form)

Peony: shoots are, well, shooting up

Irises: I think I'm going see some first blooms in the next few days

Weeds: Showing remarkable efficiency in their growth rate. We've had a good bit of rain in the last few days. Lately it seems like when I look at the garden, if I look away and then look back--in that space of time alone a new weed appears that needs to be pulled.

Lucky you for having rain. We haven't had any in weeks. I just planted a few spring bulbs and and hoping I won't need to water them but it's looking like I'm going to have to.

Weeds are insane. I swear you pull one and ten more grow in it's place. lol
