It is beyootiful here. And unseasonably 80 degrees out. Very unusual for this time of year. But spring is here, the trees are blooming, and the grass appears to be growing at the rate of about an inch a day. The latter makes for a reason why sometimes it's good to rent an apartment rather than own a house. I don't have thinking about cutting the grass, it's someone elses responsibility. Yay for not having responsibility!
In other news, my local NPR station has started their spring pledge week today. I tend to get a weird sense of enjoyment out of pledge week. Not that I'd want it to happen more than twice a year, but I kind of enjoy the energy the pledge appeals and the sounds of the phones ringing during the pledge breaks. ....And then I start feeling guilty that I can't afford to contribute any money myself.
