On this chilly, rainy Monday morning, I bring another poll.

[Poll #1075512]

I voted neutrally on both because actually I can't remember that much about the Hardy Boys and Nancy Drew books, even though I read dozens of them at the usual age. I can't recall which of the boys was the older one, shockingly enough, and drew a total blank when it came to the names of Nancy's friends. Never was that good with remembering names, though, even when it comes to real people.

I was FAR more of a Trixie Beldin fan (in which case: GUH Brian and Jim ;). But the whole Nancy crew was fun....

I'm going to have to check out some Trixie Beldin books from the library sometime. Somehow, I never read any of those and I don't know why.

oh! MY! They are SOOO cool. Trixie is all Tomboy and Honey is all sweetness and Jim and Brian just GUH and Dan and Diana are fun, and why can't I remember Trixie's "almost-twin" brother's name? And the Bob Whites were the PERFECT club and Moms is neat, and these books taught me all about waldorf salad ;). Plus, there are occasionally horses and always great adventure and fun. And Trixie was FAR from perfect and never a priss ;)

That would be Mart.

And yes, I am a huge Trixie fan. In fact, I have managed to collect all the books.
