I think I'm ready for Halloween. I have no costume because I'm not really much for the dressing up. But:

1. The pup is spending the day at daycare, so hopefully he'll be all tuckered out and mellow when any trick or treaters knock on my door.

2. I bought candy over the lunch hour. Having decided this year that "fun size" is actually code for humorless and kind of chintzy, I splurged on full size candy bars. Hopefully I have enough and I won't have to turn out my light early.
