It's riveting. Unfortunately I didn't start watching last night's episode until the late-night reair, so I fell asleep before hearing how the people got out of their predicaments. But I know since they were all telling their stories in the first person that they all got through it. (The title of the show is a little bit of a tip off too.) There are some really harrowing stories and sometimes they're hard to hear, but they're a little bit inspiring too.
