decisions, decisions (and always the nagging feeling that I'm making the wrong one)

I want to book my flight for NOLA. I'm hoping the good deals I'm finding will hold til next week, because I want to pay Mr. DiscoverCard for it in March rather than February.

Do I take the $175.00 on American that goes through Dallas? It seems like anytime I go through Dallas I run into thunderstorm delays.

Delta also has the $175.00 fare. I rather like Delta. But will they still be in business in late May? (probably, but....)

Life would be a lot simpler if we just advance from airplane technology to transporter technology.

I know! Where are the transporters! When I was a kid I was convinced that we would have transporters by the year 2000, but we are still flying around in those ridiculously out-dated airplanes! It's all gone terribly wrong.
