smg01One more Veronica Mars thought that I meant to mention last week, but forgot:
There was that ball player that came into the room, obviously angry with owner-guy. What did he say? Something like "you did this"? And then he was really nice to the kids. My initial thought was that he was irritated at being dragged into a dog and pony show for a bunch of high school kids. But then, especially after the bus did it's nosedive, I wondered if there was more too it then that. At any rate, I don't think it was a throwaway. I think there's more than initially met the eye there. Whether he's a bad guy, or Guttenberg is a bad guy, or neither is, I don't know. But I think there's more to be revealed there. I kind of wondered whether Guttenberg was blackmailing the former player in some way....
