Hey, someone on my flist created a new book review community: [livejournal.com profile] book_buzz. If you're looking for a place for book talk, you might wander by.

Of course most of my reading of late has consisted of young adult (Diana Wynn Jones FTW!) or dog behavior books, so I don't anticipate being one who lives on the intellectual side of the community. :)

Considering I found my dog this morning with her rear paws on the sofa, her front paws on my coffee table and her tongue in my coffee...I think reviews of dog behavior books are welcome. :)

you need an older dog to train the younger one! I was giving some attention to our old girl tonight, in the barn, and as I was squatting next to Cass, INdy came up and started by just being present. Then she started to lean on me, till over I toppled at which point Cassie got up,started growling, and moved Indy away :).

Assuming the young dog doesn't corrupt the older dog, of course! *g*
