I start out thinking twitter is silly and wanting nothing to do with it. Graduate to checking out one or two twitter sites on a semi-regular basis. Graduate again to breaking down and signing up for an account. Discover that it's neat to follow twitterers in subject areas of interest. Which then graduates to obsessively checking to see if there are new postings. Ah, the internet circle of life.

Being a fan of Kansas City profession sports teams means that there hasn't been much to be happy about in the last little while. (Okay, ten+ years.) But every once in awhile something exciting does happen. I'm thrilled for Zack Greinke's Cy Young win.
Of course it's pretty typical of how things have gone around here lately that at about the same time that news breaks, bad news breaks about a Chief's wide receiver. Typical.
