I take guitar lessons. A couple of times a year, my teacher does a little lesson hiatus. One of them occurs from just before Christmas until late January. Despite my noble intentions, my one week break from practicing turned into a multi-week break from practicing. This evening I did my first real practicing in some time. My fingertips are offering their objections. This is what I get for being lazy. *g*

I think I've observed before that the problem with making resolutions to not be such a procrastinator is achieving the first step of not procrastinating about not being a procrastinator.
