1. I've been working on a blog post about my phone fear (among other things), but it seemed a little early expose my neuroses like that. Instead I posted something about life with a finnish spitz
2.Revenge continues to intrigue.
Grant looks to be becoming a problem. He may be a little too smart for Emily's good. Meanwhile, I've been wondering of Nolan's motivations are as straightforward as he's been presenting them.
Meanwhile, it's Tyler who really has me wondering. He seems to be the dark horse that's entered the scene. He clearly appears to have an agenda of his own. At first I thought he was just a spoiled rich kid who didn't like the idea of Daniel cleaning up his act and wanted to sabotage it. It seems to be more than that now. It looks to me like he's really targeting Daniel specifically and maybe his family. Emily looks to have cottoned on to the idea that Tyler is not who/what he claims to be. Is he on his own revenge agenda?
At first I wondered if maybe he was a family member of victims of the plane crash who has also figured out the culpability of Conrad and everyone else. But that doesn't quite fit. Could he be from a family that was a victim of different one of Conrad's money-laundering schemes? Or, and this occurred to me as I was falling asleep, could Tyler be Conrad's secret son from another one of his affairs? Maybe he was raised with nothing and now wants to destroy Daniel, Victoria, and Conrad. He certainly seems to have have insinuated himself into the family in a very calculated way.
Or, maybe he really is just a bored, spoiled rich kid.

Date: 2011-10-27 04:14 pm (UTC)I have phone antipathy -- not nearly as strong as a phobia. I had jobs that required mad phone skillz (retail, law office) so I got over the hemming/hawing/stammering by developing a "phone voice" & smooth phrases to help me stop sounding like a dork. But I occasionally have a relapse where I leave the dorkiest voicemail or I flail around in a phone conversation. Needless to say, I save thousand$ a year by not signing a cell phone contract.
