the JKR/Lexicon trial strikes again

The transcript from the trial has been released. Someone at FW posted this snippet:

3 Q. That wasn't written by Mr. Vander Ark, was it?
4 A. Well, it probably will be at some point, but no, he hasn't
5 done it yet.

I admire the execution of snark from JKR.

So, they aren't taking the judges advice and taking this out of court, eh?

I think the Stanford group in particular has an axe that they're grinding. I don't think a settlement is going to happen.

The judge does have a point that the rammafications of this might be larger than what this court can handle.
